The communication break down during our repair experience was very disappointing. Whaley's made up for the difficult experience at the end and the van looks great. Our van was given an original finish date of ****/4 and we didn't get our van back until ****/23. We understand that things come up, but it would have been a good/even great experience if we were communicated with throughout the process

I appreciated the care I got from Whaley Body Shop. I felt the prices were rather high considering what was done but I did think the technicians did a good job. Initially I was told a shorter timeframe in which my vehicle would take but it took longer. That would be my only suggestion, to be more timely or consistent with the timeframe provided.

No one asked me to check my car to see if everything was okay. Late yesterday I was showing someone where I got hit. Someone used white paint to cover an area and it doesn't match the paint. The time whaley's worked on my car, Someone walks me out to inspect the car they told me they wash the car before retuning the vehicle o the owner. No this time, I could hardly see out the windshield from all mess on it plus the birds had pooped on. I was going to take it to the car wash but I noticed the antenna did not go all the way down. My trunk looks like someone had gone in and disconnected the antenna when they replaced the panel. I would greatly appreciate it if Tom would call me about these matters. I am very short and cannot reach to clean my windshield.
