Your company is very fortunate to have such a kind, caring and knowledgeable young man on your staff, he represents your company well.
The repair work was completed when promised & the repairs done were of a very high quality. I would recommend Schoonover's without reservations. The front desk lady was very kind & helpful too.

Even though my Avalon was totaled. The experience overall was awesome! From beginning to the regretful end finding out my car was totaled. I'm getting a replacement car soon it has some flaws and the ONLY place I would consider taking it to is Schoonover! Awrsome staff, awesome work! They did work on my other vehicles. No one wants to have to take their car to a body shop. No one wants to get in an accident, but if you need to take your vehicle somewhere take it to them! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Cathy's 4Runner was brought up to the office, she got in it and drove home. Cathy and our daughter ran some errands last night and at the first stop were unable to lock it. She couldn't find the key but knew it was inside somewhere. I helped look when they got home, we were not able to find the key inside the vechicle. I walked around the front and found the key fob next to the bottom of the left wiper arm on the outside of the vehicle. How did it get there? It was in the rain for a while and I'm hoping it continues to work.

The repair job on the Honda Accord was professionally done. However, we were less pleased about the timeliness. We were informed at the start that the job would take 5-7 days, which is why we went with Schoonover in the first place. However, once they had the car on the premises we were informed that it would take 17 days. We did call and protest about this and were later given a much shorter time frame. So we're happy about that, but we shouldn't have had to go through the extra effort to get the car back in a reasonable amount of time.

the repairs were delayed a week due to miscommunication between the adjustor and my insurance company. There was also tie rod damage that Schoonover missed and had to be corrected by my regular mechanic a week after I got my car back.
