The repair was perfect. The only negative was that I received an email stating that the vehicle would be ready to be picked up on a certain date. When I arrived that morning, I was told it would be ready at the end of the day. The email should have indicated that.

Pat took the time to dig in, carefully, skillfully and thoughtfully estimate the situation and damages. He (and the office staff via txt) communicated often with helpful updates. In the end it’s the product that speaks for itself, however—I received back a fully restored vehicle. So far all appears in fine working order (and aesthetically fine)!

Repaired my vehicle well. Done when they said it would be done. Great customer service. Had a minor issue with an airbag indicator after the repair; they took care of it the next day.
