The job was very well done and interaction was very professional. One issue is that I had requested that some glass shards be removed from inside the tailgate during repair. Those were not removed and continue to rattle around when lifting the gate. Thanks,

The initially repair was done par for the course of a **** Altima. But the owner came out and made sure to redirect the experience I was having. I appreciate the staff humoring my needs. It would’ve been a pretty bad review if they just left it as is, from the first repair attempt. Thank you
