Would not change a single aspect of the entire process-from quote to delivery, from receptionist to the mechanics. Text updates were borderline too much, but I didn't need care back in a hurry, but if you did, the realtime updates would be more valuable.

I'm sorry, I am not sure if my original response was recorded as this solicitation reads very closely to what I was queried with just after picking up my vehicle. I certainly appreciated the work of your team, the insurance guys were stallers and didn't seem to care about fixing the problem as slowing things down so that was a nuisance. I certainly appreciated the added benefit of picking the car up cleaner than when I dropped it off. Of course I expected the body work to be completed but it was a very nice surprise to see how well they treated the inside of the car as well.

The repairs were done great but the timing was too long, took 15 days ....I had to get a rental car for 15 days At the time of quoting I been told it vwill take one week
