As always, they went above and beyond to get both our vehicles repaired in mint shape and back to us in a timely manner. This is our 3rd time there. Very good customer service.

I believe that I did not get the same quality replacement door that was on the vehicle originally. I'm not sure that is Schoonovers fault, but it is how I feel. My passenger side auto mirror is not working, Tom is hoping it is just a loose connection or something, me too. But I do have to bring the car back for someone to look at it.

Showroom finish on a detail job, inside and out. Don't want to keep keep kicking this inquiry back but I've asked a couple of times if the exterior which the original appointment was set up for was completed. The interior which looked great appeared to be detailed also and finally....invoice indicated an interior detail. That's why I'm asking....sorry. The costs were approximately $ 170 which is very reasonable for both Thanks

I really like to say thank you.. In my experience with your company was Satisfaction. However some parts of the waiting period was not no one control. Having communication with the repairs was wonderful with Pat. Now I understand when preparing a vehicle a lot of things may happen during the time of repairing. The finished job on the product of my vehicle was outstanding thank you so much keep up the good work.
