From the moment I came in with my car needing significant repairs Stephen was great at explaining the process and answering my questions. While it was going to be a long repair I felt I was updated along the way and knew my car would be given the time and attention needed to be better than it came in.

The whole process was simple. From dropoff and write-up to pick-up. Tom did a great job of keeping me updated on the status. I was able to drop my rental off with you. My truck looked amazing inside and out when I picked up.

Everyone was helpful starting with Nikki and Pat who did the evaluation when I stopped in. Then Steven was really helpful in getting everything fixed and then the painters and detailers made my car look better than when I brought it in!

Excellent repairs that made our van look as good as new. Steve did all the negotiating with the insurance company so we didn’t have to worry about it. Highly recommend Schoonover and would use them again after an accident ( but I hope I never have to).
