There are quite a few reasons I’m not happy with the repairs done. First thing the fact that my car is shaking on the back end where I was hit so looks like the only thing that was repaired was the visual damage that was told to the insurance company so was it not test driven when it was brought in because I didn’t drive the vehicle after the accident so now I have my car back and it’s shaking when I get on interstate which it was not doing prior to the accident. Second, tried to pick up my car on three separate occasions due to my work hours being the exact same as ur hours of operations which are 8am to 5pm Monday threw Friday which is absolutely ridiculous due to most working people have those same hours to inconvenience someone after already dealing with having to have their vehicles repaired but I digress. The first time I tried to pick up my vehicle after speaking to someone at the shop they would leave the key with the car so I could come after hours to pick it up. To my surprise the key where locked in my vehicle it took me calling into the shop to the shop for someone to tell me that the keys were locked in the vehicle again I work 8am to 5pm so once I was able to call Maybe around 2:30pm the keys still had not been taken out of the car. When they were finally removed I was told once again that the keys would be placed in or around the car so that I could pick up the vehicle so again I drove from Riverview to the repair shop which is 30-40 mins away with no traffic but an hour or so with traffic to find that the key are not in or around the vehicle but still in side the already closed repair shop with no way of contacting anyone. And the third and final time which at this point the rental from gieco is no longer being covered I had to leave work to come and try to puck up my car once again. Now mind you it is 12:30 pm on a Friday. Having to come from Riverview to you shop during lunch hour traffic then to have to go back to work during end of day traffic is starting totaled rough two and a half hours before for made it back to work so all in all this has by far been the most unacceptable experience I have ever had with any company so I pray I never have to do business with your company again

Everything with signature collision was on point from the friendly staff this being my 1st accident i felt comfortable felt like i was treat as a person not a payday.. car return fast and work looks great doesnt even show signs of damage hopefully im not in an accident again but if i am i hope to return here

All and all the staff was courteous. My car is an older model, 2010. And I can appreciate insurance is very specific on what can be repaired. But when I was rear ended my middle light on the trunk was knocked down and the plastic broke. I held it up with Gorilla tape. Got my car back and there it was still taped up. I guess since the impact was my bumper the light was dismissed.
