Thank you all so much for your outstanding customer service. The service manager and Ben came outside in the rain to see my problem and assist me. Additionally Ben kept me abreast as well as the text messages as to the progress of my repair, then he stayed back after hours considering I got out of work late and so I could come and pick up my jeep thank you all again.

I was satisfied with the completion of my repair. When I got home I realized that something was wrong with the backup camera availability. I had to call Ben Monday to bring the jeep in. The problem was the connection, they had forget to connect it properly. overall I am very please with Ben and his crew Angela Bottari

Ben Nieves and his crew did a fantastic job on the car, I was totally amazed. They took care of my requests in checking out the car. Very happy I. Made decision to leave the car at Arrigi after speaking to the Allstate Rep. Also Allstate called me and told then the same. They were pleased.

Where do I begin with the incompetence. I made an initial appointment and fortunately I was almost hospitalized with pneumonia so I had to have my friend call and cancel because I cannot hear on the phone I am DEAF. When I recovered I had my friend call again to make an appointment and I was told they through my paperwork away that I told my insurance company I wasn't going to use your company what a load of crap. I sent Miss Irene a **** my insurance information three times had to then have my insurance company contact her three times,because Miss **** continue to tell me that my name was Brian Oneil and I had because Miss **** continued to tell me that my name was Brian O'Neil and my car was not a Chevy H HR but some other car . I had to write I don't even know how many times to tell her my name is Carole O

Lack of communication from beginning to end. Did not get scheduled for appraisal until almost 2 weeks from time of accident and then not scheduled for repairs for another week and then you had vehicle for 4 weeks! Through it all I had to contact body shop for updates on delays never did I get a call informing me on what was taking so long on an already absurd 13 days in shop quote. Maybe you overbook, don't have enough employees or should consider working overtime to keep on schedule.

I was extremely satisfied with the work done on my car and the short amount of time it took to complete; however I was surprised that I was charged for the tire replacement, which I was under the impression was going to be covered by my insurance, according to my adjuster.

Right mirror was not repaired, obviously no one inspected the car before telling the customer it was ready to be picked up. This caused a major inconvenience with the timing of returning the rental car, and now USAA will want the rental returned asap because Arrigo says the car is done

If I ever needed anything for my 2016 Toyota 4-Runner Arriigo Dodge is the place. The facility, the staff, the service was outstanding. You would never know the rear bumper was damaged . Excellent in every way, and I will definitely spread the news.
