Very good communication frequently sending of texts to advise us of the repair status. Car was very clean when we picked it up...We were so impressed with Brian W’s customer service...After hearing that my wife had left the 2nd set of rental car keys at our home around 25 miles away...they asked where we lived..then Brian offered the ability to drop off the keys at his home which was only 15 minutes from our house. So very nice of him to do that !! Thank You.

They were fantastic from beginning to end! I LOVED that they called and texted with updates! It took a little longer than expected for my van to be done, but that's ok because I wanted a job well done, and that is exactly what I got. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was completely satisfied until I discovered last evening, after I picked up my car mif-afternoon, that the dashboard light for my speedometer is not working. I don't know if there is a connection with the work done at Burnside, but I will call to speak with someone about it on Monday.
