Thank you. It appears that there are two (2) rustic stains on my back bumper. It looks as if there were repairs but the bumper was not painted.
Also, I was called at almost 5 pm on Friday, 21st informing me that my vehicle was ready. This gave me 24 hours to return my rental. Now the problem was that you guys closesbat 5:30 for the weekend. I didn’t get off work until 9 pm. This was a huge inconvenience for me.

You guys did a really great job I appreciate all your hard work. My car looks like nothing bad ever happened and that truly means a lot. Accidents are very difficult and stressful I had never had to deal with anything like this and I really appreciate how professional and kind you guys were. Even when my little girl was running around screaming in your office (sorry about that ) you guys were very understanding and it means a lot. Thank you again.

My over all experience with Burnside express collision has been excellent. Walking in the door to picking my car up I feel I was in good hands and the work done to my car looks great as well. When everything was said and done Kyle Fisher met me with my keys,informed me about my vehicle and let me know about the lifetime warranty on certain parts of my car that were fixed and I was sent on my way as a very happy customer. Thank you all again so much for all the work that you've done for me and if I have any friends or family that ever need any work done I'll send them to you! -Samantha W

Everyone was really friendly and answered all my questions. I loved that they cleaned my car too to bottom in and out. That was the best! I would say that I did ask for an estimate for a repair for something that was not related to my car accident, I was told I would get a call with an estimate for that but I never heard back about it.
