My car looks like new with the paint job! I appreciate the car wash and it looked swept inside! Not expected at all! Each person was very kind and helpful. I felt like I was dealing with friends!

My experience with Burnside Express Collision was amazing, from the day I brought my car in and the day I took my car out everything was just perfect. Got rental on the spot, dropped the rental same place, got timely updates and work was done with Int expected time too. Thanks a lot !!!

Text up dates on progress of repairs was great, as my wife knew how her baby Buick was doing All employees of this business were very friendly and up beat I feel that Mr. Brian Burnside has put together a Great Crew Way to go Brian By the way. Well my car took awhile to repair but I was understanding being that I was told parts needed to be ordered. They would text with updates as to progress. Then they gave me a date of November12th then something came up with the vehicle so that was moved however that wasn't a big deal. The problem came when I went to pick the car up. They told me to sign paperwork before seeing my vehicle being that I have a concussion that is severe & medical documented I didn't even think not to sign. Then they asked for the check all before showing me the car. We go out to see the car & as I walk around exterior looks good then I get to the front & see a gash or opening in front bumper previous to it going to the shop it was only a small slit not even an crack so I addressed that to Brian he said it was already like that. Knowing that wasn't true I immediately looked on the Geico website to compare the pic I had taken of what it currently was to what it was before being worked on. Then to just confirm had the previous seller (classmate) of the vehicle send the pics to me of the re-existing damage which was exactly like it was before worked on at BURNSIDE. I wasn't trying to have you all fix anything unrelated to the accident however from looking at the pictures of after it was removed all I could think of is you'll broke it then denied it & patched it with a gum like substance. Also John from Geico & Brian from burnside we went over the car together before working on they both were aware that didn't exist . So it's inside the door handle panel noticed the plastic covering removed & the the right side of the front bumper bottom is very loose.However the pictures don't lie I hate it ended like this being John recommend cause he's there twice a week I believe Monday & Wednesday. I might not be accurate on those days but I know he said twice a week.but since Burnside & Geico told me I was financially responsible. All I'm thinking is.was this the delay? Non the less it has been draining,disappointing,frustrating,misleading,& wrong. The owner I believe did offer to give me a discount on the repair, which I was confused cause i can't go to either job until released from doctor. I run a single parent home so I've lost almost a months income & I still have to figure how to keep a roof over my head & he said he'll discount what they broke. I free like its only fair for burnside to be added to the case against Geico. Because in neither situation was my fault

Fast work very well done car came back to me cleaner then when I droped it off I've not seen the hood in the light but looks very good .all best experience I've ever had with a body shop and I did body and work for years and the owner really seems to care about the workers and is an all around nice guy I droped my car off at 9am Monday and picked it the following day at 5pm nice job
