This was the most professional experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. From the pleasant and courteous staff I met upon arrival to the crew member who brought my to me and explained my repairs. It was a seamless transition between the shop, rental car and Geico. One would have thought it was one organization. Car repairs are never fun and are often extremely stressful. I never felt anxious or stressed at all; you made me feel like I was a VIP. It was extremely efficient. I was constantly kept in the loop. Everyone was more than polite and even went out of their way to ask about and talk to my toddler who accompanied me. Stellar customer service in every area. Couldn't be happier. (unless the accident never happened) :)
