Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. They made it a relatively good experience. The communication was excellent.
A few things weren't fixed on the initial repair and I had to point them out. My concern, of course, is that if something that obvious was overlooked, what else did they miss?

My drive from Fishers was well worth getting my car fixed, and I am glad how quickly the team fixed my car. The only thing I would suggest is widening the garage door for cars to come in and out with ease. :) Thank you Brian, John, Stephanie and everyone else who made my experience great!

Everything was perfect, all the Burnside express collision employees were helpful, very nice and very educated. The geico employee that’s helped me through out the whole thing was nice, communicative and an all around pleasure to be around. The enterprise lady that helped me was really nice as well, and helpful. The job was done extremely well and fast. The service was second to none. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone. It’s a major pleasure to go somewhere to have your car that you love worked on and everyone be in a great mood. Thank you for all that Burnside, Geico and Enterprise did. 3 great company’s indeed.
