Only part I didn’t like is auto updates by text bore no resemblance to to actual status of repairs. If they aren’t going to be accurate, and I mean on a daily basis, and include latest changes or resolutions then don’t send them.

Communication was not there. I sign up for text alert and did not receive none. Wanted a quote before work was started but didn’t even get that. Rental was trying to charge me extra because supposedly on their and insurance I receive my car 2days before. No communication

I really do appreciate you guys noticing that there was nothing wrong except the lineman job on my truck when I was told otherwise by another place that done a bunch of work for $****,000 and he didn't do the alignment right then tells me my frame is bent

THe truck look ed great when I picked it up. I found the 4 bolt that hold my front hood grill on were just finger tight. Found that when I went to check my engine oil. Also they never ordered my rear sliding window seal I ask them to do.
