The team that met me for damage estimate,information process by Group One Collision of Round Rock and rental by Enterprise could not of been more pleasant. They made the process simple and understandable each step of the way. Andres ****(GEICO) was very thorough in his damage estimate. David Schilling(Group One) was truly professional in evaluating over all estimate and once again described the process. Group One kept me informed each step of the repair process completion. When I arrived I was promptly met by David and given the opportunity to examine the repairs my 2016 Ford Edge received. David gave me a break down of cost of parts,labor and guarantee of work preformed. I am truly satisfied with the Team GEICO, Group One Collision, and Enterprise Rentals. Job well done !!!! Very impressed with how this whole experience went. From the time I arrived, Mr. Shilling was on point. I was greeted at the door with true sincerity, which is not the norm for most places today. The Enterprise car rental person was waiting for me with my car. Mr Shilling was very professional during this entire process, He kept me informed and updated throughout. He looked over every detail of what was repaired to ensure it was to standard. My truck was finished in a very timely manner, to a very high standard. I am very satisfied!
