I will definitely come back and recommend your business to my family and friends. Only issue I’m having is my radio. When I’m charging my phone it switches from Bluetooth to radio constantly. So I can’t charge my phone while I’m driving. Not sure if that was due to the accident or it’s a glitch. Not sure if it’s something you could look at or who I’m supposed to call. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the entire process from my initial appointment to when I picked up my car. Dave Shilling and Lee Kurtin (of Geico) are a good team, they explained the process, the timing, arranged for a car rental and did a great job. I can't believe how easy they made this for me. Everyone I met at Group **** was a pleasure to interact with. They are very understanding of the difficult time you are going through when faced with repairing a cherished vehicle. Upon driving home with my car after the repairs were completed, i noticed my VSA warning light came on almost immediately. This was not on when I brought the car in for repairs. Also, a little later, I noticed that my left front speaker (driver's door) was making a rattling sound and upon further investigation, I determined that the bass setting was set at near maximum (not something I would do). Therefore, I am assuming the speaker is blown. As neither of these conditions existed prior to my leaving the car for repair, I would like to speak to someone about rectifying both issues. ****-****-xxxx

Picked up my car today and it looked beautiful but tonight I went to leave this evening and my right brake and front lights are not working and had to cancel my plans. Not happy but I’m sure Monday it can be taken care of.
