My car was not cleaned up after work was finished. There is all kinds of stuff on the interior roof. The paint job is subpar. I will not choose Group **** if I'm in need of a body shop again. This is my second experience with Group **** and my second time feeling the job was third rate. Very disappointed and the resale value is lowered by the poor job.

I'm so pleased an effort has been made to have the three entities (insurance, body shop, car rental) all in one location. I hope others follow your example. Speaking from the injured party's perspective, when you are dealing with the concerns of an accident, it is a big relief to have the repair of my vehicle made hassle free. Since I had the option to add a door dent (at my cost) my car was returned to me in better than before excellent condition. I could not be happier with my service. David Shilling, Chad Boshers, and the Enterprise rep (sorry don't have his name), were all very professional in explaining details to me. I appreciate the effort of matching my vehicle with a similar rental. That was a very nice surprise. An extra shout-out to David for working around my personal schedule and staying till 7:30pm on a Friday night so that I could get my car. I was not pleased to be rear-ended, but my experience at GP1 with the Geico team and Enterprise was excellent. The 3 person team explained what would happen in a clear and concise manner and then I was on my way in minutes. Such efficiency! What a great first impression. I've already given glowing recommendations via word-of-mouth. I prefer not to need the services of GP1, but this is the only place I plan on bringing my injured vehicles in the future.
