If I ever need to bring any of my vehicles to get any auto body repairs done the only place I would bring it is Fix Auto Port Orchard

The people I worked with were all very nice and professional. They made sure my car was repaired well Nd kept me informed as to where it was in the process. Thank you for making my vehicular pain much less painful!

Repairs were extremely fast and I was kept updated the entire time through each step of the process by Julia. They finished repairing my vehicle two days before scheduled. I would definitely return for any future repairs.

I was previously a customer at another auto body shop in Port Orchard on Mile Hill (I will not mention names). There, I felt like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in until the moment my car was done. I heard about Fix Auto through a friend and decided to read the reviews, which were outstanding, so I gave it a try. Fix Auto was completely different than my previous shop! I could not be more pleased with my experience there. My car was HIT by the tornado in December 2018. When I say HIT, I mean the damage was spread from one end of my car to the other. The work Fix Auto did (particularly BOB) was incredible! I recieved constant updates (particularly Julia) during the process. My car was done exactly when they said it would be. I will forever use this shop and refer my friends/family! Thanks a million for the timely, attentive, customer service based, and detail oriented work that was done! Fix auto crew was very nice and professional right from the start. They explained every detail in easy to understand terms, through out the repair I called with questions, emailed and even texted and they either provided info right then or replied with in minutes. The repair was flawless and they went the extra mile to ensure it was done right.

I was kept informed of the progress of my car's repair and when I picked up my car, it looked brand new like nothing ever happen to my car. Plus my car was washed and vacuumed, and added bonus and much appreciated.
