I was very pleased with the way everything was taken care of, the paint job was great and the shuttle service drivers Bob and Bob were very safe drivers and very nice. Janet you were very helpful and well inform, the paper work went very smooth. Sorry I do not know the names of the ones that worked on my car but thanks for a great paint job and getting my tire fixed! DS

Car was full of black paint dust. Was told that was because had to remove back windows. When I rolled down rear window it streaked with gray grease on the way back up. It is too far to drive back over and show problems but I was not happy. I worked for ten years in car business and I would have never released a car back to an owner in that condition.

I was very satisfied when damage was done to the car during a paintless dent removal that the Stevenson did the right thing and repaired the damage. After getting the vehicle back though I notice the detail job was far from satisfactory. Fingerprints were found on the headliner in the area where work was done around the sunroof switch. And the entire grill of the vehicle, which was replaced, was covered with greasy fingerprints and a hood doesn't even look like it was wiped down. I also found a small tear in the headliner near where the sunroof switch was replaced.

Josh, was helpful throughout my whole experience getting my car repair. He kept me up to date with progress of the repair as well.

The repair shop staff were straightforward and professional, and did a fantastic job on the repairs. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

The quarter panel is not flush with the hood. My left headlight needs to be adjusted. I found a couple scratches where there's supposed to be new paint.

Car came back scratched. We have already called to discuss. Also it took 3 or 4 phone calls in one day to get anyone to call back to schedule an appt. I also faxed paperwork over and was never called once it was received which I was under the impression I would be. I emailed about the paperwork as will as was not emailed or called. I had to keep calling. Once the scratches were discovered, the manager, Jimmy, called. He was very short with me and accusing. He was rude and told me nothing would make me satisfied which is not true. He was not helpful. I am very disappointed at the way everything was handled and how unprofessional everyone was.
