Vehicle repairs were ok. I received text messages and a couple of telephone calls stating my vehicle would be complete by **** Dec. on **** Dec about 15 minutes before Toyota Collision Center closed they called me to see if I could pick my vehicle up- needless to say I waited until the next day.

This was the most pleasant experience as trust is the most important item of consideration when it comes to automotive repair. At times from a customers point of view and the inflated pricing in regards to dealership pricing I did notice that the Representative utilizing tools to both cut that cost and provide the warranty and quality of work. Kimberly gets an A for the job that she did. Being the recipient of a hit and run rear end collision and that person being at fault not having insurance it was important enough that I didn't have to worry about what was to happen to my vehicle. I was always kept up to date on what was going on and a realistic timeline was provided and the work was done earlier than predicted. I cannot emphasize enough the pleasure I have experienced. Just hope that all work provided to include the warranty remains in tact. Time will tell that story. I truly want to thank Kimberly and the personnel that provided the repairs to my Vehicle. The entire process from beginning to end was so smooth. The team at Stevenson provided 150% satisfaction from the moment I stepped in. Not only did they make the whole process easier they got my car fixed 2 days ahead of schedule. I will definitely be coming back!
