I appreciate you making sure that my car was restored 100% without making me run around town for things like my custom wrapping that needed re-done. The front passenger side door does not close correctly, there is still a small dent in the rear passenger door and one below the passenger doors, the door trim does not sit correctly. There is paint overspray on the mud flaps, there were several used parts left in the car, the door bumpers were not replaced and are falling off. Otherwise, everything is great and everyone we talked to was absolutely wonderful

So far the car looks great and I appreciate the detailing that was done on my car.
But it took 34 days for my car to be repaired ( March 25 April 29 ). My husband called the morning of April 29 after we returned from a vacation. It was supposed to be ready before the 29th. My husband called the morning of the 29th and was told it would not be ready until the following week. Late that afternoon I got an email that the car was ready that day, but I didn't get the message until after 5 PM when they were closed. Consequently, I was not able to pick the car up until the following Monday, May 2.
Fortunately, the other insurance company paid for a loaner car for an indefinite period of time.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and made my first experience dealing with an auto body shop a good one. Even had to come back because my headlight wasn't reconnected, but it was a fast easy fix. And again, everyone I had contact with was very friendly. I would definitely come back if I ever needed more repairs.

I appreciate how Ron's Body Shop handled our repair job and the insurance process so that things were taken care of efficiently and timely. I really liked the daily email updates on the progress of the repairs since our vehicle was being repaired in a different location than where I live. Overall, our experience was extremely positive and we would definitely recommend Ron's to others.

The work looked quite good. I appreciated the fact that the truck was washed and cleaned. Also the re-taping of a door strip was very much appreciated. I was disappointed to be called less than 15 minutes before you closed for the evening, which did not leave me time to get there and pick my truck up.
