Did a 3 day job in one day! Front desk was so friendly and warm. You can definitely tell they loved their jobs. My car was perfect looked like the damage never happened! Would definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know. Filled my gas tank up and cleaned my car up nice. Thank you. Will bring my business back.

I am so impressed with both the quality of the work done on my car and the amazing customer service! The two gals who greet you when you walk into the office are kind, warm and sincere, they were helpful and efficient from the moment I first called to ask about bringing my car in. The body work that needed to be done on my vehicle was done quickly and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. From the beginning of my experience all the way to the end when I stepped into my clean car (they vacuumed the inside and washed the outside), I was pleasantly surprised and felt extremely valued as a customer. I will only let Ron's do my repairs from now on and I will refer every person I know to their shop!!! Two or three things that impress me about Ron's Body Shop. First, you handle initial evaluations extremely fast and with great professionalism. Second, you do the actual work EXACTLY when you say you will, and with unbeatable skill. The work you did on our car, following an accident that severely damaged it, was outstanding. Now it actually looks BETTER than when it was new! Third, your entire crew, including your "office" people and your "shop" people, are all extremely qualified and professional. Plus, they are willing to "explain and relate" to a far greater extent than many folks in similar businesses. All-in-all, an outstanding experience for customers like us. An excellent job done on my 99 dodge pickup! Would not hesitate to come back here again.

I would say I was 90-95% satisfied. I have a tight schedule and having a delay in picking the car up was a little challenging, but it was due to a sick worker and I totally understand that we all need and deserve time off to get better! There is also a splatter/film on the inside of my windshield that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. Ick. Otherwise, thanks for your great work, and for returning the outside of the car cleaner than when I dropped it off!

Amazing experience. Seamless in working with insurance and very good customer service. Especially the GM Jeremy!

It took over six weeks to get my truck in for repairs. I was told the repair would take one day, I was called by the shop the day is was getting repaired and was told they needed to order additional parts, taking an additional two days. The body shop did not coordinate any rental car and when I received the repaired truck there was a scuff on the brand new parts they installed that had to be buffed.
