Work is top notch tho there was an issue with the repair time estimate and took more than a week and became an issue with our daughter needing the vehicle to travel for work and they had her vehicle for 9 days and was supposed to be 4-5 and no one contacted to make me aware things were going to take longer. The car was promised done and returned by Thursday no later than Friday so I called Friday lunch time and was told the car had scratches in the paint when they were putting door back on and not going to be done I was not pleased as this would create a huge issue as they had no liner car and the car rental would not allow my daughter to drive a car I rented as she is under age limits . Anyhow the body shop decided they could have the car ready by 5 pm Friday eve after all probably bc I was very annoyed anyhow they came through when they needed to in the end so I am satisfied and the repair work was done correctly and has a life time guarantee which is excellent deal

Don’t get me wrong you guys did quick fast & easy to deal with work , you didn’t have my waiting to long for the Insurance, staff was friendly & easy to work with & even went above & beyond to get the truck recalls done , but I would say 9.5/10 satisfaction , that .5 was because you guys forgot to change the light bulb on the light bar above the rear window when I specifically pointed that out & was told it would be repaired while picture were being taken for Insurance purposes , but other than that amazing service????????

You guys are great, but my bumper was not put back on straight. The drivers side is a half inch higher than the passenger. Other than that can't tell I had a dent.
