After my car first arrived to lithia, no one communicated with me that the car would just be sitting and waiting for ordered parts to arrive so I kept calling asking for updates and I was always just told it was waiting in the queue to get to the mechanics bay. When I picked up my car the door was not even on the Frame and some of the trim was not fully attached so they had to take it back to finish those little repairs

It was hard to get an idea of when the car would be ready. We were told a certain time period (I think a week to 10 days). As the days approached the 10 day mark, we heard nothing of status. Since we live in Ashland and have to coordinate picking up the car, we needed some advance notice to plan. We called two times for a status. The first time, I left a message with the receptionist to ask the scheduler to give me a call back. No call. The second time, same thing. Finally in the end, we were just called to say, "Car is ready". I think it was only a day or two after the 10 day mark, but it would have been nice to get a call back to get an understanding of ****) what work they saw needed to get done after the deeper inspection and 2) timing of readiness. But the work is EXCELLENT! And folks are friendly when you can get a hold of them and I'd use Lithia anytime!

Excellent service all around

Issues have already been addressed by Steve Potter Final inspection before delivery of vehicle either rushed or sloppy. Paint runs, missing parts, debris from accident left under driver's seat. License plates weren't even put on the car until we came to pick it up.

You have always done a good job on the cars that you have done for me

Incomplete job. If you don't have the parts, you should not ask clients to drop off the car. It's sad you are such a big name, yet so unorganized.

This is not my first repair, but I have always been happy with your level of quality and service. I hope it’s a long while before we meet again, but this is no reflection on your work.

As always the service was above and beyond expectations. I attribute this to qualified craftsmen and superior body shop management.

My car was supposed to be completely detailed and it wasn’t. Your paint guys did a great job on the right side I wish my whole car would’ve gotten the same attention especially for the cost of fixing my car. Attention to detail would’ve really made the difference for my car. Your shop just seems so over busy that the other details can’t be taken care of like they should. I do appreciate the work that was done. It’s just the attention to details really make customers want to come back. And that’s what was lacking.

We had our Chevy truck repaired after it was in an accident. It did take multiple visits to get the passenger door repaired, but I really appreciated Tiffany’s patience with us and she always made us feel valued as a customer. She was great to work with and great communication throughout the whole process. We would definitely come back but hope we don’t need to in the future!! Thanks again to everyone that helped behind the scenes too!!
