I told the gentleman I set my appointment up with that a ticking noise started after my accident. He informed me that it would be looked at and if it could not be proved to be accident related he would let me know so I could get it fixed without usuing insurance. The ticking noise is still present and louder than before. There was also a small dent on the bottom of my passenger side door frame. Other than that, the repairs look good and the ladies of the customer service were great. Tami also kept me updated the whole time.

I am completely satisfied with the repair to my vehicle. However, the customer service left much to desire. The online update feature was useless, it went from "dropped off" to repair complete with no progression shown. Most concerning was the bait and switch estimate. It went from $866 to $2100 and I was never notified of the change. This is a violation of Consumer Protection Law and is worthy of a report to both State Farm and the BBB which I will do. I fully understand estimates can change when work begins, customer must be notified.
