My only complaint was in regards to the delay with Enterprise when i dropped off the car for repair. Enterprise did not have a car ready when i dropped the car off. U guys were kibd enough to give me a ride home. But after 2 hours of not hearing from Enterprise I had to call them to find out what was going on in order to get r car rental arranged. Enterprise basically had 2 weeks to have everything ready once I brought the car in for repair. They were not ready. No excuse for that.

Overall the repair to my hood (vandalism) was complete. My headlight is dim near the dent, but it wasn’t worked on as request.
Also, I believe a car wash and vacuum is part of the offer through my insurance. The wash had been done, but vacuuming was left out.
It’s not a huge deal, but a bit disappointing as I thought that was a “cool” part of choosing This specific body shop (as it’s advertised in the paperwork).
I am thankful the dent is gone, yet didn’t have time to wait to point out the missed vacuuming, and have the headlight solved.
In the end, I feel like just one final run through would have caught the headlight and vacuuming. I truly didn’t want to be a pest, and would have been fine with using a rental for one more day to be sure service was done as requested :).
Thanks for trying, and at least for getting the dent out. I’ll be sure to be back for the rest of the work once I’m back from abroad.

The work was flawless and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Steve Potter handled every detail with our insurance company, securing a rental car, and handed us back the keys to a car that looked as great as the day we bought it (used). Lithia and all the guys there did great on my repair however the wash job left the repair not looking as good as it could have, simply because they didn't take the extra time to wash the car and make it perfect when I came to pick it up it's a brand new 2017 4Runner it should have looked brand-new when I came to pick it up that would have enhanced but a great job that they did on the repair itself.
