EXCELLENT SERVICES, CAR REPAIR DONE PERFECTLY AND TURNED OVER CLEAN AND SHINEY.

The CC team in Florin Rd took care of me and my car quick, fast and in a hurry. I picked up my vehicle sooner than I expected. Surprised that it is cleaned well inside and out. Now it feels like I am driving a new car! Thank you so much for everything that you do!

I have already called a spoke with Luis Manzo, however there was a portion of my vehicle, the left front fender area, which had had previous paint work. Now, that was no where near the area of collision (back rear left door, fender, bumper).. however after having my vehicle returned to me in the evening, the next day in the sun I noticed the paint in that previously injured/repainted area was splotchy, persay. Uneven. Apparently you guys noticed it, Per Luis, however did not touch it in fear it could worsen, you have since have offered to buff in an attempt to help it but said that could further worsen it.. it was not initially your guys work - but what I don't understand is how was it left in your care in one condition, although someone else's work yes, but returned in another, altered, unacceptable condition? I believe photos were taken of the whole car when I turned it in to your shop, and I would be interested in viewing those to see if we can together see a difference.

Your staff was friendly and courtesy, providing timely and consistent updates with status of repairs. I also appreciated that my car was delivered to my home.
