The work that was done was ok but within 24hrs of receiving my vehicle back there was a major mexhanical issue with my car that was not there prior to bring my car in. I am unsure if something happened during the repair of my vehicle

I was happy to hear about the email notification system and it was nice to know how my car was on track. However, the email notification was inaccurate. I got an email the day before they saying my car would be ready the next day which was the promised date and I wasted my time driving down to the shop since it wasn’t even ready. Not only that, I wasn’t my time twice going down to the shop since no one ever called saying the work on my car would take a little longer then expected. In fact, I was dropped off my car October 23 and the promised date was October 26 but they ended up losing the parts to my car. So the new promised date was November 10 and I just got my car back last Friday November 17. On top of that the mechanics did a poor job repairing my car since the bumper was not perfectly aligned to the body of the car. Poor customer service and poor mechanic work. Now I’m stuck having to take my car back for them to fix it again.

Very thankful for the service 5comment that my service airbag lite is a front sensor problem. But was unable to diagnose my drivetrain shift issue. Will need to take my vehicle to another source to diagnose. My vehicle didn't have shift problems prior to accident must now most take to outside source to diagnose
