A logo was reinstalled incorrectly on the right rear back door, as well as compound residue all over my seats and around the rear door trim, door jambs. I had my vehicle looked at by Toyota and while the **** that did the paint on the vehicle was an expert and matched it correctly, the body work seems to be a bit subpar. I can still see a crinkle where the damage was. At a cost of over $2,000 dollars in repairs I am not satisfied because there should be zero evidence of any damage or repair. The back door should have been replaced in my opinion. I have ZERO issues with the office staff at Cooks. They are the utmost level of professionalism and courtesy. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. As a paying customer I don't really feel satisfied with the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me. I look forward to hearing from you regarding a solution. Thank you.

Theresa helped out quite a bit. She had everything up and going; appt. took just a few minutes and estimates were done quickly. At walk around after job completion, she described what was done and took care of the rental as well.

The promised time we would get the vehicle bad was not close. I understand you are waiting on parts, but give a longer realistic completion date and then if I get the vehicle back early I'm happy. It was promised in one week and took two??
