Sometimes not prompt in getting back with status. Also, they kept telling me they were waiting for a part. Finally, they advised me that the reason they took about 3-4 extra days is because they broke the hood latch release.

Work was completed ahead of scheduled estimate. Fast and easy in and out for both drop off and pick up. Very organized team.

my only concern is that when I showed up for my visit they didn't have my appointment. then when I did come back later they gave me my estimate and then I had to ask " so do I leave my car now or what do I do" no one gave me instruction. Then when I asked to leave the car I was told it would be better to take it home until the following week when they would be able to work on it. I was ok with that. I told him I would let the rental company know it would be another week the person helping me stated "Oh you have a rental. then we can take the car now and have it ready for you by next week. well the had it ready that same week within 4 days. I felt I had to pull all the information from the rep. why is it my car could not be fixed until the following week but once I stated I already had a rental because the insurance co deemed my car undriveable due to the hole in the roof, they were then able to take my car in? I have used Cooks quite a few times and this is the first time it was not a pleasant experience.

I would like to suggest to your receptionists to smile more while they're working. Being a customer it's a warm feeling approaching the receptionist area when you see them smile always. thank you

Everyone who helped me at Cooks Collision in **** were so helpful and listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. They were nice enough to give me a ride home and when my car was finished they delivered it right to my home. They were wonderful.
