Repair was done well, but awfully long for a simple small dent repair but it was done well .However customer experience is yet to be met. Reason three times that we were present, there were no receptionist , consequently had to wait at least 5 mins for any one to approach us, although there were a few Service advisors walking around. Also our job was handed over to Christy Ebner. . She did a good job in communicating with me daily.To me this seemed a "Micky Mouse "operation and I most definately would not bring my car there for the future . Repair was terrific and fast. There was an aftermarket item that took the Service King team almost 2 months to secure and complete. We had to make multiple calls to remind them this still needed completed. Only after my last call when I mentioned calling my insurance company to report the repair wasn't complete did this get on track and completed.

My car was washed inside and out when I received it back and it smells like a new car inside and it’s 12 years old.
