This is only my second time in my 30+ years driving career that I have had to deal with car body work. I had dreaded it as soon as the guy hit me. I have been pleasantly pleased with my interactions with Alex and also with the repair time. It is a nice convenient to have the Enterprise car rental there in your building.

Service King made it uncomplicated and easy to get my car repaired. They were finished with it a day early. And with Enterprise right there, easy to get my car rental. This is the third time I have used Service King. I’m very satisfied with their service.

I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful staff and personnel at the Service King location in the Colony. Bringing in a damaged vehicle must bring a myriad of emotions from those who bring their vehicles in for your service. I was so relieved when I was greeted at the front door by a friendly, smiling receptionist who put me in front of a truly confident and helpful agent to help with my claim. Alex was attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. The reassuring part is what I was most impressed with. The Service King automated system sends daily reports for you to track progress, but he would go above and beyond to provide a friendly phone call in case their were questions or concerns. I so appreciate him for that kind of personal service; He truly made this a great experience.

Yes. All my interactions with the service advisors were positive. One suggestion however - please do not suggest or advertise that someone can drop off their vehicle for repair on Saturday’s when they cannot do this. Although we were told that we could do this, when we tried to do so, we were told ‘no’. This was because only one person actually works at the location on Saturday’s. This makes no sense to me. I would recommend that you give strong consideration to making whatever administrative or staffing changes necessary to allow your customers to drop off their vehicles for service on Saturday’s as a matter of customer convenience. Otherwise, they need to take time off of work on Monday - Friday to get this done which is inconvenient and annoying.

Gavin and the receptionist were all wonderful. I was told everything that was being fixed on my car. A daily update was sent to me. They made this as stressless as possible. Plus they did a great job on my csr.
