My experience was nothing short of an embarrassment to your organization until Eddie Chapa got involved and corrected all of the missteps which had taken place before he took over the warranty repairs. I was totally disgusted with Service King and quite frankly still am. Eddie Chapa is the one exception to the ineptitude I experienced. He is an excellent employee who exemplifies great customer service. I can't say that about anyone else I encountered. Broken commitments, failure to followup, employees leaving midstream. Not a good look for a company with "Service" in the name.
