While calling several repair shops to determine which one to bring my vehicle into for repairs, it was that initial conversation with Erica who was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to that led me to decide on Diamond Automotive. I continued to have great experience when I met Manny who did the initial walkthrough to begin the process of writing up the estimate and set the expectations for completion of the work to be done. Manny was outstanding in keeping me informed and helped me plan through a slight change in the expected completion timeframe to help me optimize my time and at the completion of my experience all expectations were not only met, but exceeded as I told Manny when picking up my car that it looked as good as when I drove it out of the dealership. I highly recommend the professionalism and workmanship of Diamond Automotive.
