Totally disatisfy with the entire experience from Cooks collisions San Leandro! 1st; after the initial estimate; waited closed to a month before I got an appointment to drop off vehicle for repair! I had to call and gave my info to the customer service girl which stated that Jesus was going to give me a call to setup an appointment. That never happened; I made another call a week later and the appointment was finally made. 2nd.; StateFarm had emailed Cooks Collision with a new claim number because the repair are going to be charged to the party that rear ended my Nissan Versa. When it was time to sign the docs I was reassured by Sony Paul that the new claim number will be on the final paperwork, zero deductible. 3rd; I get a called from Cooks that they could not resolve the problem with the trunk latch; which was told at drop off & estimate of vehicle! I was told by Sony that I have the resolve the problem with the trunk problem! After talking the StateFarm claims dept & was told the Bodyshop should resolve all outstanding issue either inhouse or get help from a third party vender. After all the frustration of talking to Sony I decided to pickup the Nissan Versa. The pickup took about 40 minutes and the only person carried enough to check & see where my car was; The customer service girl! My impression of your shop has letter me totally disgusted with Cooks Collision San Leandro. I have never had a body shop that doesn't complete the repairs.

Fast turn around time. I know the damage was minor but was still pretty quick. Happy with my over all service and personal experience. The staff was great especially the front desk.

The customer service was great. I thought the survey would ask more questions but there were few issues after I took the car back such as wrong tinted window and flattened tire. Not a big deal enough for me to go back right now. Still appreciate the work. Thanks.

****. My rear view mirror was broken but told to me until I went to leave and adjusted mirror which fell in my hand. Reported to the manager who will replace broken bracket. 2. When I got home I noticed a dent not removed near rear passenger window and white paint still on surface. 3. All my windows were left very dirty on the inside. I can see grease, as if from someone's head on the passenger windshield, practically all the windows were to cleansed, including side back windows. 4. Eaten sunflower seeds were left in middle console, I do not eat sunflower seeds. This was brought to the managers attention. My previous visit to this location in 2012 produced no complaints. Service has deteriorated. I seriously cannot recommend this site.

Will was very knowledgable and attentive.also he did an excellent job on calling me with updates every step of the way. My only complaint is there was a couple of small spots that indicated that repairman didnt do a thorough job. But overcall, i am very satisfied. Thank you

The customer service there is horrible I had to keep calling to get an update on my vehicle and no one ever returned my call or answered when I called. My vehicle was in the shop for a month when it needed just tires

A few things. It took a week to just get an appt to look at my car, then another week to get service scheduled. They had me bring my car in on a Thursday and according to the text update, didn't start work until Friday. Why have it on Thursday then? and then had it the whole weekend, but they don't work weekends? I had to pay for my own rental car while the car was in the shop and Cooks was wasting my money by not working on my car for 3 total days they had it. That's 3 days I didn't need to pay for a rental. I left various messages asking for an update that went unanswered. My car was expected to be done on Wednesday. When I called at 3pm on Wednesday, they said it was just getting glass put in (damage was no where near any glass) and they'd call me back shortly with an update. Nothing. Thursday morning I called and they said "oh yeah, its done". I came in to get it and stated that I needed to leave ASAP to get my child to school. They then took 10 minutes to bring my car to the customer lot. My child was obviously, ten minutes late to class. I felt the entire staff were disrespectful to customers desires and needs. I repeatedly asked for the leftover paint, so I could touch up some scratches. Which 3 different employees said would be possible. In the end, no paint. I am likely to never come back and refer friends somewhere else.
