I was quoted a 500.00 deduct in my contract and when I went to pick up my car I was charged a ****,000.00 deductible. This was not the right thing to do.

My car looks beautiful, not just the repair area but tires and entire car was cleaned. My only complaint is that it took 9 days to complete. I was told via email that the delivery date would be March 29th and that I would be contacted if there were delays. I was not contacted and had to call Tuesday at 4:45 and was told it wasn’t ready but should be ready the next day which it wasn’t. I again called on Wednesday and was told it wasn’t ready and I would get it Thursday the 31st. I finally got the car back on the 31st.
