Vehicle will have to be returned for areas missed during paint. In addition, vehicle was on day-by-day delays due to multiple parts not arriving on time; this is understandable, except when the first delay occurred I was informed that it was for the one and only part that was missing.

Everything was handled professionally by Sherie and Carolyn. This is a testament to the staff at cook's San Carlos. They even went out of their way to work with the insurance company agents on my behalf to sort out a messy rental car situation while my vehicle was getting repaired.

It did not seem like the car was ready for pick up. The front license plate and the bracket were not installed and sitting on the floor of the car. A sticker was left on the inside of the windshield. A rubber piece of trim between the right front fender and the hood is peeling off.

It was a delight to work with Maha, and despite several delays in completing the work, they appear to have been in the interest of ensuring that quality work was done. I did say to Maha, and I will repeat it here, that the dual system of keeping me informed about the repair schedule -- as between Cooks and USAA -- was frequently contradictory and very frustrating. I would encourage your colleagues to find some way to align the updating messages.

You either low **** estimate and pad it later, or you are poor with your estimate. It was just a paint job. There was no mechanical problems. With your reputation and experience, how can you claim you had to do some clear coat that was missed in the original estimate and charge more?
