The people have been great but the process has been trying. The car is still not to my satisfaction. I picked it up in the dark. It has been raining so I have not been able to inspect the paint, but the headlights are not aligned, and the bumper cover is not aligned.

I was not happy that the main concerns I had were not addressed and that the gentlman we worked with was argumentative while discussing the concerns I had. I left without any trust or faith in my car and I do not plan to recommend Cooks Collision in the future as this experience was not a good one at all, from start to finish.

When I picked up the vehicle (my BMW) it was a bit Dusty so I didn't get a good look at the paint close up.
I washed it on Saturday the 18th and noticed blemishes on hood.
It seems like possible paint prep wasn't done efficiently. Two small areas shower primer and a few areas look like it was painted but not sanded.
When the gentleman showed me the car at pick up, he also stated sorry it's windy and bit dusty (the car after detailing) so it was not visible due to that...
Today is father's day I will call on Monday to explain more in detail.
