satisfied with the work done on my Audi Q5 after a fender bender, damage to the rear bumper. took a little longer than expected to get it in to the shop for repairs. ive used Cooks previously and was happy with the work they do on my cars. i was told not to wash the car for a month so i really haven't seen the final work on it with the rains affecting it too. thanks for doing a great job!

Excellent job: The damage was repaired so that the car looked like it was in new condition. Thought the customer service was excellent, as well. Cooks worked with my schedule so that car was repaired while I was out of town, then kept until my return. I appreciated greatly that I was offered a ride home, and also a pick up when my car repair was complete. I would say it was a 10! Note: When I initially saw the repair shop, I was concerned, as it looked extremely crowded, somewhat dirty. The atmosphere in the "office" was not particularly inviting. But, the service turned out to be excellent...guess in the end, that what counts most!

Was very happy for the updates every couple of days regarding the status of my car repairs. Also, very much appreciated being dropped at the train station after I dropped off my car so that I could make it to work on time.
