His willingness to go the extra mile, coupled with his commitment to my complete satisfaction, was and is much appreciated. It is hard to find this level of service anywhere, and I hope Cook's recognizes the talent they have in Jace. It is also important to note that Jean was my reason for coming initially, as she was most welcoming and helpful on the phone, despite the fact that I had originally intended to go to your Roseville location. In meeting with her when I dropped the car off, and with JR both on arrival and over the phone later on, I felt truly appreciated as a customer. Jace ****was the adjuster in charge of my claim. There were some minor things that were missed when I came to pick up my vehicle but Jace was confident and sincere in getting all of my concerns handled right away. Will definitely return here should I unfortunately get into another vehicle accident. Will recommended family and friends to request for Jace ****to handle their claim.

I have had my car repaired there a few times and it’s my guy there that’s makes everything go smoothly , he’s very helpful and he’s the reason I return!

They told me that my vehicle was gonna be ready in 2 weeks and i went on the day that they told me to go in and it wasn't even near finish. That same day the supervisor came out to explain to me what was going on and I told him it was ok then I asked him to see if they can fix my back latch cause it was having problems after the accident and he told me he was gona look into it and let me know if my insurance was gonna cover it or not but I never got a call or text back from him. Honestly they did a really good job fixing my vehicle but the communication was bad really bad especially after talking to the supervisor.

The work was done in a timely manner and on time. It looks real great. The staff were really nice and knew there job.

My first representative, Dustin was wonderful. When he went on vacation and Savannah took over there were several areas that were not right when I picked up the car: the clear bra was incomplete, there was residue of my exterior paint on the inside headliner area of my car, there were grease marks inside all the pillars, the tire sensors did not read properly. Both Savannah and JR made sure these were taken care of, even providing an upgraded rental car and detailing. This was very nice. However, the areas of concern should have been taken care of prior to my getting my car. I was also told the if I made any negative comments, that this would reflect on Dustin's performance. I REALLY like working with Dustin and none of the areas of concern were related to him. All were while he was on vacation. All areas were taken care of, but it did mean I was inconvenienced while they were completed. Both Savannah and JR made sure things were eventually, "Right". I do not want this to be considered a 'negative' comment, but an actual account of what I experienced. I hope I do not need further car repairs, but would return to Cooks if the need arises.

We were extremely pleased with the work done, the professionalism and excellent customer service provided. Erik, Jean, Dustin and their team really made our experience one worth repeating (we will choose Cook’s ) if future need arises.
