Cooks did a great job on repairing my jeep, updates on The progress and was professional. The only thing I was disappointed in was the waah ans detailing that I was told they were Doing before I picked up my care. But otherwise very pleased!

It was bad experience from start to finish the service rep never was quite together from the first estimate to the last. The work was shoddy and the work was not done on time as promised Heaven forbade that I get in another accident but if I do I would difinatly look else where and if I happen to come back I definitely would use another service coordinator. The one I had made too many mistakes, couldn't answer my inquiry with any sense of confidence and tried charging me work that didn't or even couldn't be done. This is my second experience with you and I was quite impressed with your organization but all that has been undone. If your going to contact me please make sure it's a different customer service rep.

It's my second time using your service. I shouldn't have any complaint overall. But one open issue really annoying. What I got my car, there was one light was on, which indicates TCS. I am pretty much sure and confirmed by service manager that it was not on before. Under such circumstance, I was told to ask my mechanical to check it if it's accident related. I had to drive to Honda dealer @automall immediately, who diagnosed and cleared the light. The diagnosing fee is $175 without extra fixing fee since it's just a simple process to clear the light off, which is to my best knowledge. I am asking to have the $175 covered by insurance. And I am still waiting for it now. I hope it could be addressed smoothly. Thanks.

The repairs took a very long time. Two weeks. However, the shuttle service was convenient and an even greater relief that they had a car seat installed so I did not have to install and uninstall my own. Since the hours were mainly business hours and only weekdays, that made it difficult to find a ride.

Your staff are great!! Jaime work really well on my car. He even went beyond his work, by parking my car I use so I can drive my chrysler. Thank you so much, I will surely come back I'd I need a car to be fixed. Ty again.

Great customer service. Amelia was very approachable andp professional. Besides a small glitch where I didn't receive a text update and the website messaging system said my messages weren't submitted (but actually were), communication was good. One suggestion is to add more detail to the repair status online. Thanks for making the experience as stress free as possible!
