The communications didn't happen as promised when I dropped the car off; I was told I'd hear confirmed timeline by Friday, didn't hear from the shop, called into the shop to ask, and never heard back until late in the day Monday. So that was frustrating. Also, I've asked for a copy of the dealer report but have not received it yet. Thanks.

I asked the rep to make sure she gets my rear end checked out and she did not . The out side of the trucks looks good but the hole reason I brought the truck to you to fix is because I got hit in my tire and I there is noise coming from my rear end. The rep told me that the estamite will cover all that. When I come in to pick up my truck I.T still made the noise. I brought the truck back and the rep said we are going to do a ride with a Ted. We drove no less than 5 feet and you can hear the noise. The rep tells me ohhh that not your rear end. The tec said something is loose in the rear end and he wanted to put I.T up on the rack and check It He didnt find anything so the rep comes and tells me she is going to send my truck down the street to another mec. That mec dident even look at my truck.so I sat there for hours for nothing. The rep then comes in and says she is going to ask the insurance company to pay for a inspection. I immediately asked her why she didn’t do that in the first place like I asked her 3 times . She replied , I didn’t hear the noise. She didn’t do what I asked of her and did what she wanted. She lied to me as well, she told me that my rear end would be inspected. I had a crappy rental car for 2 weeks wile the outside of my truck got fixed. Now I’m sure I’ll have to get another **** will this goes on. I’ve taken off days of work to get my truck into the shop. Then you rep tells me she didn’t do her job. If the inspector finds that the noise that is going on in my truck is ware and tear that I have to pay. I asked her to do this before anything. She said she would 3 times and didn’t. I am very upset.

The better and the Best: Easy to set up appointments, Very Helpful staff, Good Workmanship. Timed delivery after repair. Regular email and mobile updates about the status of repair. The Good that could have been better: I had a skybox on my car which the estimator forgot to inform me to remove before dropping the car off for repair. I had to remove it on the day of drop-off by taking 2 trips to the Cooks office. Once for the original drop-off, second with a rental car to carry the skybox. Also, no help was offered to remove the skybox. I had to do it myself. Its a tough job considering how heavy it is to load it on the top of the truck. Made a 30 mins drop-off appointment a 2 hr affair. Not complaining but there is a room for improvement here.

My Honda CR-V looks brand new I love it ,I am soo happy for the good job Thanks cook collision .

Everyone was very helpful and friendly at Cooks throughout the process. They were very accommodating and they helped me find times that worked best for my schedule.
