I am not getting the daily updates via email or text messages when i subscribed for them at repair shop. Every time, i have to follow up for the updates. It was frustrating.. I don't recommend this to anyone else

Danny Chao was EXCELLENT handling all my questions & concerns. The Cooks team from the reception desk to the repair Dept. were outstanding to do business with. The shuttle service offered to customers went above and beyond being helpful to the client. When I picked up the vehicle, it looked like it had come off the dealership show room floor. I will recommend Cooks to anyone that needs vehicle repair. Again, VERY impressed with Danny Chao, an asset to the company, most Excellent service. Very professional! I have been visiting this body shop since 1998, even before Cooks aquired it from EMC Collision. Their service has always been excellent. Staff is very courteous and estimation to repair process is very smooth. They kept me informed on daily basis about the repair status. Job was completed one day earlier than estimated. Car was also washed nicely. I will recommend this place without any reservation.

I appreciate that the team took the time to do the job right. The vehicle sustained significant damage, requiring a great deal of repair. We were willing to be patient so long as we could be assured that all would be done to the highest standard. Other shops may have felt pressure from the insurance company (or their own inventory) to rush and speed up the timeline. We appreciate your taking the time to be sure that our needs were met.

The initial estimation cycle took too long to complete - even after the estimation was done in less than a day. Also when I actually turned in for repair, I was informed that I will be kept updated on the status - which I did not receive any updates on. When I called that was the day the vehicle was ready and then was able to take delivery in the next **** hour. But lack of communication was a bother.
