I have no complaints about the actual work performed on my vehicle. My vehicle looks brand new and was returned to me in perfect condition. Everyone I spoke with at the El Dorado Hills office was very friendly; however, there was a lack of proactive communication regarding the status and delivery date of my vehicle. When the initial estimate was completed, I received an estimated delivery date of 2 weeks. My husband called the day before the first estimated delivery date only to be told that the repairs were not complete and the delivery date needed to be pushed out. This happened several more times during the 45 days my vehicle was at Cooks. I would occasionally receive a vague text message update shortly followed by an automated email stating a I had a new delivery window. I called the shop asking for an update on several occasions only to be given what seemed like contradictory updates (e.g. The vehicle still need to be painted, except I was told the week prior that it had already been painted and just needed to be reassembled). I understand that delays happen - everyone is busy, parts are delayed, bumpers are accidentally scratched (which apparently happened to my vehicle during reassembly). As your customer, I only ask to be kept informed and given truthful updates when delays occur so I am not left feeling ignored and forgotten. I have already provided this feedback to Andrew, the manager of the El Dorado Hills location, so there is no need for another Cooks representative to contact me. Thank you.

Upon the initial call and pick up of the vehicle there were obvious quality control issues that should have been caught before attempting to close out the repairs.
