From beginning to end your staff was wonderful. Between an awesome tow service and fantastic people at Cooks they were able to make a bad situation better. I was originally towed to your Chiles road location where the woman hanging the front office was amazing. In the midst of all the chaos I lost my phone. Her and 4 gentleman from the service area came to help look for it. We were unable to find it but she let me use the office phone to call insurance and get the claim going. The location was very busy so she arranged to have my car taken to your Industrial road location. She let me know what was going to happen every step of the way. Once my car was transferred Tiffany (kept me up to date on everything. She called to let me know what was going on and was super friendly and personable. She was made sure everything was completed and had a very high standard
