The staff at the reception desk was always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the whole process took a very long time, but I think it was the insurance side that was very slow.

First off, my car was delayed days due to a part that couldn't be found anywhere in Northern CA. 2nd-Nobody showed me to my car, good customer service would have been to show me what work was done. 3rd-the bumper is not lined up correctly on each side.

Replacing the Metal Weather panel was unsat., left some dried adhesive glue on finished surface and did not clean it up. There was dent on rear right end of car. It was three (3) fingers dent, possibly pressure of left hand fingers while applying right hand pressed on metal weather plate. All these been noticed when we reached home. I did not check the works done ashen I picked up the vehicle, maybe because I put too much trust on them as a longtime customer.

I'm totally okay with the service, but lack of communication was an issue. I had to call the day I was supposed to pick my car up just to find out that it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for two more days. The next day I was supposed to pick my car up I called at 4:30 to be told my car was ready and waiting and I had to pick it up by 6. No one ever called to tell me these things.
