Cooks Collision Of Concord

There was a miscommunication about when my car would be ready, I was told by two different admins that my car would be ready Monday (and there was no way to get it done Monday), when the text updates said Friday, and the car was indeed done Friday. Then a part of my repair was forgotten to be done. I’m happy with the repair, it looks great, but the admin’s were confusing and not very courteous about it. I don’t like having to call multiple times to follow up and then be given wrong information. Try to communicate with each other within your own office...

Easy check-in/out procedures. Repairs completed sooner than estimated.

From the intake and evaluation of the needed repairs to renting a car, getting updates during the repair, coordinating with Geico and Enterprise, and getting the van back, service was awesome. You guys did an amazing job on the repair and I thank you so much for it. But, my car no longer stops the engine when at a light or completely stopped, even though the indicator says it has engaged the function.

Very disappointed with the final product on the bumper. There are obvious blemishes and bumps where the bumper meets quarter panel. The slight gap between the bumper and quarter panel is gone and the two pieces appear to be rubbing. There is also a rattle when going over speed bumps that we didn’t have before the accident. I thought Cooks Collison was exemplary!!! Reasons : All procedures were carefully in place to ensure top efficiency!! My rental car was there before my arrival! I was treated as a valued and respected customer. Procedures were carefully and thoroughly explained. It is obvious that management/owners want to garner the respect of their clientele. Communication was excellent.. the automated updating system is a great idea . Live personnel contacted me when the automated system had a small error... a different bumper was needed . The Job was completed in s timely manner and the bumper looks divine!!!!!! And my car was washed and cleaned inside!!!! I Say a Big Bravo to Cooks Collison and I am very grateful . I will recommend you to everyone I know!!!! The management/0wners are to be commended for hiring such top flight people!!!!!

Everything was smooth and easy except the kid who crashed my car. I brought it in with one thing damaged and they damaged (and fixed) more. So besides that, yes. Great.
