Three things I have found so far I am not happy with my car: ****. The light in my trunk no longer works 2. The gas tank cover is no longer attached to my car. 3. The passenger side rear light has a large gap between the light and the body of the car that is very different from the driver side light. My car was not like this before the accident.

Someone from your company took everything out of my capartment in my trunk and tossed it all throughout my car. Your update notifications are inaccurate I was given several different times and dates of when my car would be completed . I had to call as I was getting conflicting information from Mitch and via text. I was not at all impressed with Mitchs customer service. Mitch told me my car would be ready at various times and dates and then said it would finally be ready yesterday at 4pm. I arrived at 5:15 and my car was still not ready. It was a little after 6pm when I got my car back.

Cook's was appropriately compassionate and prompt in their service of my vehicle following a minor accident which left my car in dissarray. Nancy Delatorre was exceptional in particular, keeping me regularly updated on the status of my vehicle and creating a welcoming environment in a difficult time. Would definitely recommend Cook's to friends and family.
