The car looks terrific - better than when I dropped it off. Communication throughout the entire process was great. Car was finished earlier than anticipated. I liked the email updates. Andrea made the whole process easier. Thank you. It can be hard leaving the shop - if cars are parked on the Ashby side, then you have to reverse onto traffic in Claremont, which isn't so much fun.

Alan Nguyen made a bad experience, collision, into a really good one. Alan was professional and kept me informed in all the stages of the repairs for my Subaru. He made me feel like I was the only one he was taking care of and I know that wasn't the case. You are busy! I know you don't rely on return customers but I am good for word of mouth. I dropped my car off on Monday in a short week due to thanksgiving and you were able to complete the repair by Wednesday. It was truly amazing. Your front office staff was cordial, professional and efficient in handling my car repair as well as rental. Seamless. Loved it. Alan Nguyen gets at 10/10 for service and responsiveness. I loved the updates I received every couple of days, and the one to let me know I could pick up the car. Also you addressed a couple of minor things that were overlooked immediately and without giving me any grief at all. Stellar service. This is why I opted to have my car fixed at CC when State Farm said I could choose. I had a previous great experience with you. When one has had to deal with the administrative procedures for car accidents, it’s great that one of the headaches is not dealing with your firm. Your staff as a whole are friendly and professional. Awesome. Just a note: I wish you had a safer way for drop off and pick up - your facility is so small for the volume of business you get, and the ingress/egress paths are not easy. Clients are told that the meter maid was dinging people for parking on the sidewalk but there’s no easy solution. I would be nervous about that and backing into traffic on a very busy corner given that the reason your clients are there is because of prior collisions.

Service couldn’t have been better. From scheduling, to the estimate and being kept up to speed on progress to my just like new car. You guys are great!

The repair was good. The inside car on drivers side was filthy. Cooks should place plastic over the seats and paper on the floor. Thick dust was all over the drives side on carpet, floor and seat. The seat was somewhat wiped down but thick particles were left on the rear of the drivers side seat. Floor mat and surrounding carpet was bad. Upon request they attempted to wipe it with a cloth but was not good. Cleaned the interior of the car myself which took some time. I understand how dust, etc. would get into the car, but it was bad. Again, seats and floorboard should be covered.

This was on Daughters car and according to her she is content. So if she is happy that is good. But, if she has any problems such as windshield leaks and so forth to get in contact with you.,, Best regards, Bill Harris
